We support BG service programs that help customers feel good about their vehicle’s performance and their protection on the road. The Roadside Assistance program pairs qualifying maintenance with practical support for common travel emergencies.

Benefits
Coverage when customers need help away from the shop.
Towing service
Emergency towing is available up to the program benefit limit, with extended towing handled at the driver’s expense.
Flat tire change
Assistance changing a flat tire with an inflated and functional spare.
Necessary fluids delivery
Emergency delivery of fuel, water, oil, or other necessary fluids; the driver pays for supplies at the time of service.
Jump start
Battery boosts and minor roadside adjustments for covered vehicles.
Lockout service
Help gaining entry to the passenger compartment when keys are locked inside the registered vehicle.
Road hazard tire benefit
Possible reimbursement, up to the benefit limit, when tires are damaged by road hazards such as potholes, nails, glass, or debris.
Rental car coverage
Short-term rental reimbursement may be available when a covered vehicle is disabled.
Emergency travel expense
Trip interruption expense reimbursement may be available when a covered vehicle is disabled away from home.
Trip routing
Map and travel route information for specified destinations.
Theft and hit-and-run protection
A reward benefit may apply for information leading to arrest and conviction after theft or hit-and-run damage.
